Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to consumer orders placed on https://proxinots.com. The seller is PROXINOT, a French societe civile immobiliere (SCI), registered with the RCS of Chambery under SIREN 845 391 382, head-office SIRET 84539138200015, with share capital of EUR 500 and registered office at 5 RUE FELIX CHAUTEMPS, 73400 UGINE, FRANCE. VAT number: FR33845391382.

Products

The main characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Customers should review the description, dimensions, materials and care information before ordering.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Standard delivery to eligible addresses in mainland Metropolitan France is free. The price displayed at checkout before order confirmation is the total price payable.

Ordering process

The customer selects products, reviews the cart, supplies delivery and billing information, chooses an available payment method and confirms the order. The customer can correct input errors before final confirmation. An order confirmation is sent by email. We may refuse an order in cases of payment failure, obvious error, suspected fraud or legal restriction.

Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Payment data is handled by the payment provider displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is available only to mainland Metropolitan France. Corsica, all other French islands, French overseas departments and territories, and military-base addresses are excluded. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and are normally delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. The 16:00 Paris-time cut-off and further details are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk transfers when the customer or a designated recipient physically receives the goods.

Withdrawal and commercial return right

The customer may withdraw from the purchase and request a return within 30 calendar days after receipt, which is more favorable than the minimum statutory period. A clear statement sent to support@proxinots.com is sufficient. PROXINOT pays the approved return shipping cost. Detailed instructions and refund terms are set out in the Refund and Return Policy.

Conformity and hidden defects

Customers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity and the legal protection against hidden defects. For goods covered by French consumer law, the legal guarantee of conformity generally applies for two years from delivery. Depending on the circumstances, the customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale in accordance with applicable law. These rights are separate from the 30-day return policy.

Questions or complaints should be sent to support@proxinots.com. Include the order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

Applicable law

French law applies, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection available under the law of their country of residence. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the competent courts are determined under applicable procedural and consumer-protection rules.
